We are looking for an Early Careers Advisor, who is passionate about future talent, to support with the development of our Apprentices and Graduates. This role is offered as an up to 12 month fixed term maternity cover.

You will support with the project delivery of our programmes ensuring the right providers and standards are selected, coordinating Managers, and administering Levy payments. Meeting and facilitating sessions regularly with all trainees, their people leaders and mentors to ensure they are achieving milestones, completing their learning objectives and they are receiving the right level of support to ensure their success. You will work with a number of stakeholders across a range of routes and levels, as well as educational institutions, STEM and Digital communities to actively raise awareness of future talent initiatives and to promote diversity and inclusion across all our programmes.

Reporting into the Future Talent Manager, but also working closely with colleagues across the People & Culture Team, to deliver a fantastic pipeline of talent into Auto Trader. We’re actively looking for people who can bring great skills in:

  • Relationship building; Experience in working with Apprentices, Graduates, Managers and Mentors.
  • Collaborating with Managers to create plans to support the learning and development of participants in an already demanding and changeable environment. 
  • Organisation and planning skills; Being responsible for the creation and maintenance of a project plan and annual calendar of all programme activities.
  • Experience of working with training providers and internal learning and technical partners.
  • Good understanding of the Apprenticeship Standards and Levy.
  • Have an understanding of relevant employment law and GDPR; Managing all relevant contracts and service level agreements with Apprenticeship Training Providers.
