Graduate Digital Analyst

You will combine your love of data with a passion for customer success and learning. Using a range of digital tools, you will help optimise performance across our website and apps. As a Graduate Digital Analyst, you will provide data analysis to support decision making for our Audience, Marketing and Product teams. You'll do this through testing user journeys, analysing customer behaviour and online engagement. This analysis will allow us to understand the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, the impact of product and design changes and support us in developing strategies to reach more extensive and more engaged audiences.

As a Graduate Digital Analyst, you'll use a range of tools to understand our data such as Google Analytics, Looker, SQL, R and Python. You’ll work with our digital and data analysts to grow your knowledge of these tools. We're looking for a highly numerate Graduate Digital Analyst with a passion for data, customers and the latest tech. You will have experience in collecting, analysing and presenting data in a meaningful and engaging way. Your natural curiosity will allow you to understand complex problems quickly. Given our collaborative nature, you'll enjoy building relationships and feel comfortable influencing.

All of our graduates start their journey at our in-house academy. You don't have to be a car enthusiast to work here so upon joining; we'll grow your knowledge of the automotive industry so you can truly understand our customers, consumers and what we do as a business. You will develop commercial skills and techniques to give your career a great foundation. You will also collaborate with the graduate cohort to complete cross-functional projects and attend workshops that will allow you to gain strategic insight into our business and our operating priorities. As you progress through the programme, you'll be invited to help our community through STEM Ambassador initiatives, mentoring and community hacks. You'll then build your understanding further by working alongside our talented customer-facing teams who work with our 12,500 motor trade customers, and other Data Analysts across various business areas.

We offer a starting salary of £26,000 and an excellent flexible benefits package including group pension scheme, healthcare and the option to buy or sell holidays.
