Selection process details

This vacancy is using Success Profiles (opens in a new window), and will assess your Behaviours and Experience.

Shortlisting:

The selection panel will assess your 500 words personal statement detailing your experiences within the below 2 essential criteria (we recommend 250 words per a criteria):

  • Please detail your experience of designing and delivering technical training (detailing the methods and approaches used). Make reference to the range of blended learning solutions you used and how you adapted your teaching techniques to be targeted and specific to the required audience.
  • Detail your experience in supporting digital literacy skills and the types of guidance and training materials you created across Office 365/SharePoint suite to benefit the organisation.

When writing your personal statement, please make sure you use real life scenarios that relate to your own experiences.

You will also be asked to provide information within the “Employer/Activity History” section of the application form. This information is equivalent to the information you would provide on a CV setting out your career history (this will be used in the sifting process).

Interview and Presentation:

The successful candidates will be invited to attend a remote interview and presentation via Microsoft Teams during the week commencing Monday 25 November 2024. The question for the presentation will be sent to you in advance of your interview.

At interview, you will be assessed against the following Success Profiles Behaviours;

At interview and presentation, you will be assessed against the following;

  • Experience of designing and delivering technical training using a range of blended learning solutions and teaching techniques targeted to specific training needs.
  • To support the digital literacy skills and produce guidance and training materials across Office 365/SharePoint suite.


Feedback will only be provided if you attend an interview or assessment.

Security

Successful candidates must undergo a criminal record check.
