What skills, knowledge and experience will you need?

• Experience measuring the performance and effectiveness of digital products and services

• Experience working within Agile multidisciplinary teams to define KPIs and performance measures

• Experience using web analytics tools to analyse user behaviour and service performance

• Performance Measurement: setting meaningful KPIs that align with the goals of a digital product or service

• Communicating Analysis and Insight: using data to influence decisions and clearly communicate findings to stakeholders
• SQL Coding Experience: writing efficient, cost-effective SQL queries to support analysis and reporting

You and your role

As a Performance Analyst you will work closely with Product Managers, Designers, User Researchers, Developers and other analytical professionals to understand user behaviour, evaluate service performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

You'll lead the collection, analysis and interpretation of performance data, developing meaningful KPIs, creating impactful dashboards and providing actionable insight that helps teams make better decisions.

You'll also help design and evaluate experiments, improve data quality, develop analytics solutions and champion best practice across the organisation.

Hybrid Working: We work a hybrid model - you'll spend some time working at home (40%) and some time collaborating face to face in a hub (60%).

Pay: We offer competitive pay for this role of up to £75,497.

Pension: You'll get a brilliant civil service pension with employer contributions of 28.97%, worth over £16,786 per year.

Holidays: A generous leave package starting at 26 (rising to 31 days over time).

You can also take up to 3 extra days off a month on flexi-time. You'll also get all the usual public holidays.
