Cyber Governance Manager

This role reports directly to the Head of Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC). On a day-to-day basis, you will also be working collaboratively with other team members within Home Office Cyber Security (HOCS) and liaising with other senior leaders across the Directorate. You will therefore be required to be a confident and effective communicator who is able to build close relationships with multiple stakeholders.
You’ll manage the day-to-day operation and effectiveness of the HOCS governance forums. This includes the Departmental Cyber Security Committee (DCSC) and the Departmental Security Steering Group (DCSSG). You may be required to organise associated sub forums feeding into the top cyber security governance structure and run senior leadership sessions as required. You will contribute to ensuring that all of the required components are in place to enable these governance forums and meetings to run efficiently and effectively.

As a Cyber Governance Manager, you will be:
- Providing executive/secretariat support to Senior Management.
- Supporting the CISO in the Governance function, including supporting the interface between meeting members and HOCS.
- Maintaining documentation of the cyber governance structure and associated artefacts such as Terms of Reference, minutes, etc..
- Facilitating and organising cyber risk escalations to the relevant cyber governance forums.

Salary: National: £41,600 min - £44,512 max. London: £45,600 min - £48.792 max. This post is eligible for an additional skill allowance up to £8,300 per annum
