Interaction Designer

What you'll bring:
You’ll have a demonstrable passion for user-centred design, with the following skills or some experience in:
- Visual and interaction design to create usable, accessible and responsive user interfaces
- Communicating ideas through sketching, concept creation and designing prototypes at different levels of fidelity
- Coding HTML and CSS for the purposes of creating interactive prototypes
- User-centred methodology including understanding user needs, taking part in research activities and interpreting user research to inform design
- Working and collaborating in an agile team, using test and learn methods to iterate designs
- Facilitating the design process on a team, by running workshops and inviting collaboration with other professions
- Advocating for user-centred design to a range of audiences and talking about your ideas in a way that other people understand
The salary for this role is: National: £39,000 min - £42,900 max, London: £43,000 min - £47,300 max. An additional allowance (RRA) of up to £5,000 is available for candidates with exceptional skills & experience.
