We’re looking for an experienced Agile Delivery Lead to facilitate and lead our digital product and service engagements with Jaguar Land Rover. You'll support the team in solving difficult problems, uncovering challenges, managing relationships, and ensuring our deliveries drive and exceed our standards e2e.

This role is a unique opportunity to help define, support and grow a digital capability within Jaguar Land Rover. You’ll be working closely with our multi-disciplined teams with opportunities to learn and enhance your career. You’ll have opportunities to contribute to the strategic direction of the products we deliver, as well as inspiring and influencing the wider organisation as we transform how Jaguar Land Rover builds and operates digital vehicles, together.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED 

In this position, you'll need extensive delivery experience of products using appropriate agile methodologies, learning and iterating frequently. You will ensure the teams have everything they need to succeed in delivering work and their processes are optimal and you will have end to end involvement, supporting, facilitating and driving the right process, behaviours and outcomes at each stage of the product lifecycle.

You will also possess:

• Experience in managing agile project delivery through software development teams.
• Successfully applied Agile/XP/Scrum practices and introduced agile techniques.
• A deep understanding of both SAFe and DSDM agile principles.
