The Role
We’re looking for a strategic and visionary Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of market-leading solutions within our Rail Tech portfolio. If you're passionate about innovation, customer success, and driving product excellence, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.
What you will do
As Product Manager, you’ll own the product strategy, roadmap, and vision—ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs. You’ll be responsible for:
- Defining and executing a strategic product roadmap that drives market attractiveness and revenue growth.
- Creating best-in-class, modular product capabilities for flexible go-to-market deployment.
- Collaborating across teams to manage risk, ensure technical alignment, and support sales enablement.
- Engaging with clients to deliver consultative support and ensure successful product adoption.
- Leading innovation and embedding best practices across the product lifecycle.
- Conducting market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategy.
- Supporting marketing campaigns and creating compelling product collateral.
You will have:
- Product management experience, ideally in SaaS or enterprise B2B environments.
- Proven ability to implement product strategy and drive innovation.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with product design, UX concepts, and sales enablement.
