As VP of Technology Operations, Renato brings 18 years of experience spanning IT infrastructure, software development, and digital defense. Based in San Francisco, California, Renato holds a degree in Computer Science and focuses on the front lines of enterprise cyber defense, leading Novacoast’s global security operations across four dedicated Security Operations Centers (SOCs) located throughout the US and in Manchester, UK. In this role, he oversees comprehensive security monitoring, including SIEM and DLP engineering, while spearheading incident response SOPs, client relations, and global analyst training programs.
