DHilary Stephenson is the Managing Director of Nexer Digital, a UK and Nordics-based agency specialising in human-centred research, design and development, with a focus on driving social impact. We help our clients to research, design and build inclusive, accessible products and services. Hilary has led Nexer’s growth from its inception in 2007, delivering inclusive digital solutions across sectors such as healthcare, education, and government. A passionate advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, Hilary also serves on the board of Manchester Digital and volunteers with Diversity Role Models, promoting LGBTQ+ inclusion through education and storytelling.
