First Internet builds solid foundations for next stage of growth

First Internet has revealed a bold new brand identity as it enters its next stage of growth and reinforces its commitment to disrupt the digital agency landscape.

The refreshed brand is the latest stage in the agency’s transformation under co-owners Scott Baxter, Kat Rodway and Julaine Speight. After taking over in 2019, the three have focused on creating a business that truly reflects their beliefs. The rebrand embodies their approach to building digital from the ground up, creating the building blocks for success and supporting clients, including PZ Cussons, HR experts Citation and property buying agent Black Brick in bringing to life their digital worlds.

Marketing Director Julaine said: “As an agency that’s been around for 28 years, we’ve seen it all, from the early days of dial-up to the fast-moving world of AI. We are committed to laying the right foundations for clients. Everything we do, from websites to SEO and social, is connected and thoughtfully layered, delivering the performance our clients’ competitors wish they had. We don’t do jargon; we don’t do fluff. This rebrand symbolises that.”

The rebrand demonstrates First Internet’s commitment to both its clients and its people and has provided an opportunity for the agency to re-establish its core values:

  • We level up - we aren’t into coasting.

  • We’re unified - we know that a well-oiled machine can build better than one person.

  • We’re straightforward - we say what we’ll do, then do it - properly.

  • We challenge - every project is a chance to push the boundaries and disrupt the status quo.

  • We promote positivity - because the way we show up shows through in our work.

Julaine added: “What you’re seeing isn’t just a new look. It’s a reflection of what’s always set us apart: our knack for building digital worlds for businesses to thrive in. While some agencies promise the universe, focus too much on the latest shiny trends and fundamentally don’t deliver, our talented team crafts solid foundations - without the meaningless jargon.”
