Jam has been appointed by UK holiday park operator, Park Holidays to lead its social media and content strategy - bringing heavyweight travel expertise and a proven client partnership to the brand.
The win builds on an existing relationship with Park Holidays’ Head of Brand & Content, Kelly Johnstone, who has previously worked with Jam. Her decision to partner with the agency again is a testament to the results, trust and impact Jam delivers.
Working closely with the in-house team, the agency is sharpening Park Holidays’ social strategy across national channels, introducing social-first hero content captured through bi-monthly shoots across its UK parks, and rolling out an always-on programme driven by insight, trends and performance data. Alongside elevating the creative output, Jam has equipped regional park teams with the tools, frameworks and confidence to deliver stronger, more consistent content day to day - ensuring the brand shows up with clarity, energy and impact wherever its audiences are discovering their next UK break.
Sophie Bartram, Social Media Account Director at Jam, said: “Travel is very much our wheelhouse at Jam. We know what drives discovery, consideration and bookings, and how to turn beautiful locations into standout social content. The fact that Kelly chose to work with us again says everything about the partnerships we build with our clients.”
Kelly Johnstone, Head of Brand & Content at Park Holidays, added: “Jam understands travel inside out. They bring clarity, creativity and real momentum to our social channels. With a keen commercial eye, their social-first shoots allow us to showcase the individuality of our parks while considering how the assets they produce could be maximised across far-reaching channels.”
The partnership underscores Jam’s commitment to delivering strategic, high-quality social content within the travel and leisure sector, while supporting Park Holidays’ ambition to showcase its parks, experiences and holiday home ownership opportunities to audiences across the UK.
