We’re looking for experienced technical developers who are willing to give back and help shape the next wave of digital talent.
Through T Connect (Software Developer T Level Placements programme) , young people are working on live project briefs as part of structured placements. They’re building real solutions, using industry tools, and navigating the challenges that come with collaborative digital development. What makes the biggest difference? Access to experienced technical mentors.
We’re inviting developers across the Manchester Digital network to volunteer a small amount of time to:
- Offer technical guidance as projects evolve
- Sense-check approaches, architecture, or tooling decisions
- Join occasional in-person sessions at the Manchester Digital office
- Provide remote support when needed
- Be available on Slack for light-touch input and encouragement
This is not a heavy time commitment. Even a few check-ins across a project cycle can have a huge impact on confidence, capability and career direction.
