6 Years of One Day : Major Wins, 60% Growth, and Expanding into France

One Day Agency - Company Celebration

Six years ago,  One Day Agency was founded in Manchester with a simple, bold idea: what if creativity, media, and performance worked together as one team? No handoffs, no silos, just a seamless process from start to finish.

Today, that idea has grown into one of the fastest-growing integrated agencies in the region, now making waves internationally. As One Day celebrates its sixth anniversary, the team is looking back at a year of impressive growth, key client wins, and an exciting future in Europe.

A Manchester Integrated Agency with Global Ambitions

When One Day launched in 2019, it set out to break down the traditional agency model. Rather than separating creative, media, and performance teams, One Day brought everything together under one roof, enabling the team to collaborate from the very start.

This philosophy has been a major factor in the agency’s success. It has helped One Day navigate the challenges of the post-pandemic market, adapt quickly to industry changes, and work with brands across entertainment, regulated markets, and global technology.

It’s working. One Day finishes 2025 with 60 percent year-on-year growth and a client roster stronger than ever before.

Big Wins and Expanding Global Reach

Over the last 12 months, One Day has secured several key partnerships, including with Cineworld Cinemas, Betway, and JetBrains. These wins highlight the agency’s ability to deliver integrated, performance-focused campaigns across paid social, OOH, TV, and international markets, combining creative, media, and data strategy in one seamless process.

These high-profile partnerships reflect the growing demand for One Day’s approach, as brands increasingly look for more efficient and impactful ways to engage with audiences in a fragmented media landscape.

Reinforcing One Day’s presence into France

2025 marks a significant year in One Day’s international journey. After launching in Poland in 2024, the agency is now preparing to reinforce its presence into France in 2026. One Day is ready to bring its integrated approach to France, delivering global-scale campaigns with a local touch.

This move highlights the agency’s growing presence across Europe and shows that ideas originating from Manchester can successfully scale on an international stage.

The People Behind the Success

One Day’s growth isn’t just about numbers, it’s about the team behind it. What began as a founder-led start-up has now expanded into a multi-market agency, with leadership across Manchester, London, and Warsaw. The agency’s flat structure and focus on collaboration allow it to move quickly, make decisions with confidence, and stay ahead of the curve.

CEO Ricardo Seixas sums it up:

“We started with a simple idea, creativity, media, and performance should work as one, not in separate silos. Six years later, that idea is proving to be the foundation for our success. The growth we’ve seen this year and the calibre of brands we’re working with show that our model works. We’re ready for new international challenges.”

Wiam El Youbi, Marketing Manager, adds:

“Six years feels like a milestone and a launchpad. What started as a small idea in Manchester has become a team running campaigns across continents. Our 60 percent growth this year and the calibre of brands joining us show the strength of our integrated model. We’re excited to keep building on this success as we expand into France in 2026.”

What’s Next for One Day?

With a clear European expansion plan and strong momentum, One Day is ready for the next phase of its growth. The agency will continue to strengthen its relationships with global brands and invest in creative innovation and performance-driven media.

As One Day scales across Europe, the agency remains proud of its Manchester roots and its ambition to build a global, integrated agency that consistently delivers work ahead of the market’s demands.
