Why you should be selling on Amazon if you’re not already

Delivery expectations

With the likes of Amazon Prime, consumer delivery expectations are growing. They want fast and easy shipping which can often be a struggle for small businesses.

But with FBA (Fulfilment by Amazon) fast and easy shipping doesn’t have to be a struggle. All you need to do is send the stock to Amazon and they will pick, pack and ship your deliveries, and have them delivered to customers in no time.

Trust

Amazon has been around long enough now that consumers feel at ease and comfortable when buying from Amazon. As mentioned above, it is estimated that 50% of shoppers start their product search on Amazon.

Business Tools

Amazon has plenty of business tools available which can help you grow your business and get in front of more shoppers.

Amazon Marketing Services (AMS) is a platform available for Vendor Central sellers. In AMS you can set up Headline Search Ads, Sponsored Product Ads and Product Display Ads which are all great for increasing impressions, clicks and sales. Bids are often low and so ads can be inexpensive to run.

For Seller Central sellers, you can set up Headline Search Ads and Sponsored Product Ads, again both of which are great for increasing impressions, clicks and sales.

If you’re now convinced, but not sure where to start then get in touch with Prabhat Shah who has 10 years’ experience working with start-ups and very successful the UK & international marketplace accounts.
