Having spent over three decades in tech sales and sales leadership I've witnessed at first hand and occasionally had the privilege of being lead by some true masters of the art of leadership. Sadly, I've also seen some really great people stumble and crumble under the sheer burden of others' expectations and loneliness of authority.
Self-doubt is deeply rooted in the human psyche and something we all experience at some point. It manifests in many, varied forms from a feeling of uncertainty about our skills or qualities, a difficulty making decisions and taking action, repeatedly overanalysing for fear of making mistakes through to a need for validation and others’ approval or feedback. I know because I’ve been there!
In this short webinar format workshop we’ll explore how, as a leader, to recognise self-doubt, face it and the sort of measures you can implement to address it and become a more confident, assertive leader that others will want to follow.
Don’t join though if you’re hoping I’ll tell you in less than an hour precisely what buttons you’ll need to press to be your own version of Napoleon – because I won’t. That’s on you but if you’re prepared to be brave, explore what’s possibly holding you back and willing to take action with accountability then anything is possible.
