Such a decision is not only hard to say without losing sleep but also has major financial and legal implications for your business.
Moving beyond all the recruitment agency gloss about recruiting full time staff, the business owner might need to weigh up their options before commencing down this dangerous road.
The event has been designed to allow delegates to share their fears and ask questions to experienced business practitioners as well as legal and financial expertise. The session will start with a small informal panel which will open up the discussion around pros and cons of this important business decision. This session will be followed by two parallel workshops covering important legal and financial decisions you may need to take. The event will close with a small group of specialists who will provide you with some additional options and possible funding streams.
