Workshop - Intro To WordPress

Create your first website using WordPress, learn about the differences between pages and posts, and add content to your new site. This course will take you through the foundations of WordPress, and throughout the session you'll set up your own basic website with the ability to add and format content, upload images, edit menus, and adjust basic settings.

By the end of the day you’ll have a solid foundation for starting a website in the right way, with long lasting structure and best practice techniques. Learners on this course will be provided with a website free of charge for 6 months.

Who is this workshop for?

Suitable for beginners - you don’t need any prior experience in creating websites, although you will need to be confident using a computer and the internet.

This class will be held at MadLab's Northern Quarter HQ. All seminars include light snacks and refreshments.
