This event has now ended.

Twitter has seen phenomenal growth over the last two years and some encouraging success stories.

Charities and non-profit organisations are successfully using it as a low cost channel to raise awareness, money and connect with their stakeholders. Corporations large and small are using it to drive valuable traffic to their websites (Econsultancy included!) and Dell recently announced that it has attributed over $6.5 million in sales to the channel. No small peanuts.

Suddenly, there is a persuasive business cases for using Twitter but what does it mean for your organisation and how do you successfully replicate what others have managed to achieve.

This session will look at:
1. How businesses have got it wrong, and what we can learn from them
2. Best practice examples of the different ways companies are successfully using Twitter
3. How should Twitter be implemented internally
4. Getting the most from Twitter including 3rd party applications to supercharge your account and effectively using Twitter's API
5. Reputation and monitoring your brand (and competitors) using the platform
6. The future - how will Twitter evolve and what does it mean for you
