Successful communication doesn’t begin with the conversations we have with different consumers, but with the conversations we have between different agencies and disciplines. Yet often it’s difficult to see beyond our respective agency, and see the different components that make up the industry as a whole. Only by shifting focus, and rearranging our outlook can we hope to understand the full spectrum of potential. The MPA are committed to broadening the horizons and fostering the talent of the industries brightest, by bringing delegates with 3-5 years experience within advertising, media, creative, PR, digital and client services, together. If we can gather such a breadth of people around the same table, we can grant those delegates insight into areas they would never normally have access.
INTEGRATED COMMUNICATIONS WORKSHOP
The Integrated Communications Workshop is a unique opportunity for the rising stars of your agency to experience the communications industry from every discipline. In an intense residential converge, delegates will embark on a team building journey like no other. They will have the chance to contribute to a challenging pitch that demands a truly integrated solution and total communication. They will gain a wider perspective on team dynamics, a broader skill set and ability to transcend the perceived boundaries of departmentalised thinking.
INSPIRATIONAL AND CHALLENGING
Inspirational speakers from across disciplines will share their knowledge, their insights and set imaginations soaring. Grouped into teams, attendees will be briefed directly by the client of a recognised brand. Each team will be made up of a mix of disciplines and overseen by a senior mentor. Working together, the team will answer all aspects of the brief; from strategy, to channel planning to creative execution.
EVERYTHING TO PITCH FOR
Each team will have the chance to present their work to a group of senior marketers. If the client deems the work to be good enough, the winning team will have the chance to present it to the client’s board.

We have consulted agency heads to ensure the content, level and structure of the workshop is of the highest standard, and we have arranged the event to begin at 4.00pm on Thursday 31st March so that time spent out of the office is minimal.
