The Shortlist x Silicon Mingle
Get your marketing data ready for AI, and leave knowing exactly where to start.
Free to attend. Jonathan Catton, Head of Data & Insights at the digital agency Hallam, shows how his team got all their marketing numbers into one place. Then we work through your questions at small tables. No technical background needed.
What you'll leave with
- What a data warehouse is and what marketers can use one for, from a team that uses theirs every day
- What to connect first, what can wait, and when plugging AI straight into your tools (MCP connectors) is enough
- Your own question worked through, with a host and people who've faced the same problem
- Written notes from the day, sent to everyone who came
How the session runs
1. Talk and Q&A. Jonathan's walkthrough, then your questions.
2. Small tables. Each with a host and one question from the room. Groups are kept deliberately small so everyone gets to speak and everyone gets heard.
3. Open networking, hosted by Silicon Mingle. Carry on the conversation from your table, find the people working on the same problems as you, and swap details with the ones you'd like to stay in touch with.
Before you come
Do I need to be technical? No. It's pitched for every starting point, from no Search Console yet to already asking AI about your numbers. And if you're the one who builds this stuff, Jonathan goes into the actual setup: BigQuery, the semantic layer, and when MCP connectors are enough versus when you need a warehouse.
What should I bring? One question from your own work, if you have one: the report you rebuild by hand every month, the tool that won't talk to the others, or simply where to start. Nothing to prepare, no laptop needed.
Who you'll meet
Marketing managers, specialists and CMOs at B2B SaaS companies who grow by winning specific, nameable accounts. Some just starting with account-based marketing, some years in. This month they're joined by founders and tech people from the Silicon Mingle community. Aspiring marketers welcome too.
