We work in a fast-paced, agile environment, which means collaboration is vital. Our teams (squads) focus on a different customer group, product or service, which in turn determines the technologies used in the squad. Our squads are typically made up of Technical, Product and Delivery Leads, UX Designers, UX Researchers, Test and Data Analysts and Developers (Java/JavaScript/Python).

Our Developers have an excellent working knowledge of Java. They develop web applications and RESTful services and work with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular and ReactJS. They are excited by the latest trends in application design and pragmatic approaches to ensure consistency and simplicity for our customers. Our technical community has adopted software development methodologies such as XP, Scrum, Kanban, and TDD and is passionate about clean code. They care about the next generation of developers and understand the importance of collaboration, knowledge share and play a vital role in the Graduate journey; through coaching and mentoring.

All of our graduates start their journey at our in-house academy. You don't have to be a car enthusiast to work here so upon joining; we'll grow your knowledge of the automotive industry so you can truly understand our customers and what we do as a business. During your time in the academy, you will form a dynamic network of Graduate colleagues, and develop your coding skills in your squad.

Our blended approach to learning encompasses both technical and commercial skills, so you can be sure your technical decisions will be customer-centric. We'll support this further with boot camps, hacks and conferences. As you progress through the programme, you'll be invited to help our community through STEM Ambassador initiatives, mentoring and community hacks.

We're looking for Graduate Software Developers with a passion for code, who want to be part of an agile, fast-paced, collaborative and customer-first culture. You'll be curious with a deep interest in technology. You'll naturally want to learn about the latest tech, maybe attended a university or community hack or two and love working on a technical challenge with friends. We'd love to see your Github, portfolios or examples of your projects.

We offer a starting salary of £26,000 and an excellent flexible benefits package including group pension scheme, healthcare and the option to buy or sell holidays.
