Service Desk Manager
CTI Digital - Manchester
This role will be working with our support team here at CTI Digital, managing the service desk. The role will be based remotely with occasional travel to our trendy central Manchester office! If you are looking for a change of pace or want to transistion into a collabrative, exciting and inspiring work place, then this is the role for you.
Our Ideal candidate will have experience;
Delivering application support in systems such as Drupal, Magento, Wordpress, Laravel or similar systems.
Delivering infrastructure support for systems in AWS using Linux
Analytical and problem solving skills
Confident with good interpersonal skills
- Be super organised and methodical
This role dose not ultimately require you to be super technical, but you should be able to offer first class support to our clients and team. You'll be expected to support your technical teams, you'll build reports and adhere to KPI's for the department, build key relationships with clients and uphold ITIL processes.
