Customer Experience Executive

The Role: 

• Capturing and validating customer information, ensuring they receive an excellent customer service experience 
• Communicating with new and existing customers 
• Ensuring customer request and enquiries are dealt with quickly and efficiently 
• Setting your own daily targets to achieve your monthly goals 
• All work to be completed in a compliant fashion and following FCA guidelines 
• Handling objections and understanding the customers need
• Liaising with vehicle dealerships and other affiliates, building rapport and managing relationships
• Being the first point of contact for customers who have had issues with their vehicle or service 
• Assisting with administrative tasks, data collection and ad-hoc duties 
• Assist other teams during busy periods to get the job done    

What we're looking for: 

• Experience or appreciation of working in a regulated environment and ensuring that we treat customers fairly 
• Positive and proactive person with a motivated and driven outlook 
• Passionate about delivering an excellent service and driven to exceed our customer's expectations 
• Driven and focused to achieve monthly sales target and enjoy setting own daily targets 
• A great communicator, who can build up a rapport with both customer and internal partners 
• Detail focussed, and able to work to guidelines and processes 
• Comfortable working to KPI's
• Able to multitask and work effectively to deadlines along with time management skills 
• GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English
