Our annual Digital Skills Audit helps us to identify skills needs and job roles in demand by employers in the region, now and in the future.
This has helped us to develop a suite of accessible careers pathways through our digital apprenticeship academy, for more diverse people and backgrounds. We currently offer apprenticeship programmes for software developers, business analysts and data analysts.
The technical training is industry-backed and supported by a growing number of tech employers with many of the biggest and most well-known brands in the region hiring through the programmes.
Our unique model enables and empowers employers to join a curriculum design, delivery and enrichment steering group.
This means we can be confident the curriculum is relevant, flexible and always meets the current needs of tech employers in the region.
Our immersive, blended learning model and intensive mentoring support means learners gain the confidence, insight and knowledge they need to succeed.
We only take on a limited number of learners each year via each apprenticeship pathway, and are proud that we attract a strong diversity of applicants.
