Onepoint Oneness, an inspiring initiative

There is significant medical and scientific evidence to show that meditation and practices such as mindfulness can help us deal with stressful situations, both in our private and professional lives. Meditation can improve our mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing.

As a number of staff at Onepoint Consulting regularly practise Raja Yoga meditation (known as yoga for the mind), we had the thought to share some of these principles and practices with a wider audience.

The outcome of this was the Oneness initiative which was launched in May 2020 at the height of the pandemic. This was a period marked by increased concern for people’s mental health, particularly anxiety and depression.

Since then, we have offered 200+ free half-hour Oneness webinar sessions facilitated by experienced meditators from diverse professional backgrounds. 

Each session focuses on a specific topic and includes a short meditation exercise. The three most popular topics have been on the power of resilience, overcoming negative influences, and transforming old habits.

Over 120 guest speakers from across the world have contributed to this initiative. All sessions are recorded and are available for viewing on YouTube. According to the feedback we get, we know that the sessions have added value to viewers.
