Job description
This role will lead on iterating and implementing the delivery of GDS’s social media, ensuring it keeps pace with technological changes and audience behaviour. Working with the Head of Content Marketing and Creative, you will develop and implement a channel plan to communicate key milestones and priorities, identifying which of GDS‘s work has the most impact to our audiences.

As a Digital Marketing & Channels Manager you’ll:
- be responsible for strategic direction of all GDS social media accounts, including setting performance standards, measurement of key metrics and consistent channel growth as well as scoping and recommending/culling channels as needed
- have ownership of all social content and output in support of GDS marketing, implementing creative content ideas and techniques to engage users across multiple online communities
- write strategic plans and proposals which result in positive decision-making
- take responsibility for commissioning content and implementing across multiple online communities. Once shared you will effectively analyse performance, translating anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations for revising marketing and social media activity
