manage the design and delivery of a cross government strategy for Digital and Data talent programmes, for new and existing talent, across senior leaders and delegated grades
establish deep and productive relationships with other departmental and profession talent leads, HRDs and technical specialists across government, so that we can develop impactful Digital and Data talent programmes
coach and partner Director General and Director level digital leaders to support SCS succession planning and sourcing of executive level critical skills; through perm recruitment, contract hiring and innovation fellows equivalent programmes.
ensure that Digital and Data talent programmes directly support acceleration toward greater diversity and inclusion in our cross government teams
be a highly visible and recognised talent development leader, and play a dynamic role in influencing peers and leveraging wider market and organisational trends/dynamics associated with learning in digital and data.
Who you'll be
have broad experience of managing delivery in large or complex organisations; especially in Digital workforce transformation and leadership sourcing
know how to successfully coach and lead projects through the full product lifecycle, proactively managing financial and commercial delivery. Confident to deliver in an agile way and within an agile environment
think critically, use analysis and challenge assumptions or change the status quo
communicate clearly and persuasively and build relationships with diverse stakeholders, including with those at very senior levels
have a brilliant track record of leading, inspiring and managing teams, setting objectives and developing skills and capabilities.
