The Lead Outcome Delivery Manager will be responsible for establishing a new Business Partnering function within the Automation & Innovation team. You will be responsible for transforming the way we engage with business colleagues across the department to identify the next big transformation opportunities!
What You'll Do:
- Identify and understand stakeholder groups and their needs. Develop stakeholder engagement strategies and plans and lead teams in executing them.
- Lead delivery of technology outcomes across multiple teams within cost and time constraints, ensuring that realistic plans are maintained. Ensure regular, accurate communication with stakeholders and engagement with appropriate governance.
- Create the right environment for teams to work together towards common goals, empowering healthy and effective cross-department collaboration and joined-up delivery. Monitor the health of interactions between teams and resolve issues.
- Ensure that governance is efficient and able to make decisions, that teams understand, prepare for and engage with governance, and that actions required following governance decisions are completed.
- Ensure that risks are identified, and their impact and probability are understood. Ensure risks are mitigated, involving specialists where necessary.
- Work proactively with suppliers involved in Operational and DDaT delivery, monitoring their performance and collaborating to resolve issues. Help to improve supplier management processes.

- Bringing teams together to work towards common goals, identifying and rectifying issues in the links between them.
- Ensuring that governance processes run efficiently and effectively.
- Identifying, prioritising and managing risks, issues and dependencies.
- Leading teams in understanding and communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders, managing stakeholder expectations, resolving issues and improving relationships.
- Working with suppliers, monitoring their performance, and resolving problems.

- This role requires SC clearance. To meet national security vetting requirements, you must typically have been resident in the UK for at least five years. Unfortunately, we cannot sponsor visas.
