A little about you...

  • Degree in design or related field 
  • At least eight years of B2B design experience 
  • At least three years of management experience 
  • Have mastery of the following domains (as least two): graphic design, corporate branding, video production and editing, website design, illustration 
  • Must be comfortable collaborating with others, skilled at translating feedback into action 
  • Strong project manager skills; comfortable setting expectations with stakeholders 
  • Experience in product design a plus 
  • Design experience across various formats, including print, web, video, email 
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite 
  • Creativity and ability to think differently a plus 
  • Knowledge of large corporate enterprises and visual identities that appeal to our audience 


About the role...

  • Lead and manage the organisation’s visual identity ensuring alignment with messaging 
  • Recommend and develop new visual brand standards and guidelines, including for any subsidiaries or acquired companies 
  • Manage and guide design team in numerous projects, including event collateral development, email marketing, digital ads, content marketing, and more 
  • Project manage/oversee design team outputs 
  • Be up-to-date on the latest design trends and styles 
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure teams access and use latest materials 
  • Collaborate across departments to create sales and CS enablement components, including proposals, slide templates, one-pagers, videos, and more 
  • Work closely with product marketing to ensure strong product and feature visual representation 
  • Maintain design aspects of corporate website 
  • Recommend visual content that complements marketing campaigns 
  • Guide design projects across various formats, including print, web, video, email
