As an Operations Assistant, your role will include...

Providing first class administrative operational support to our Growth & Mid-Markets team and the wider business, maintaining inwards and outwards facing communication, and wowing our customers with excellent support. 


** This role is based at our offices in Alderley Edge, Cheshire, and we do require somebody who can regularly easily commute to us **

Your key responsibilities will include…

  • Manage our outward-facing social media engagements
  • Customer prospecting & research
  • Manage sales enquiries via phone, email and webchat
  • Support customer demo's, onboarding and customer success activities
  • Assist with process improvement
  • General administrative duties e.g. answering calls, managing calendars
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as required


For this position, we’d love you to have…

  • A positive, can-do attitude (you will have direct customer and partner engagement)
  • Communication (you'll be regularly working across team and with different colleagues)
  • Use of your initiative (able to progress unaided where necessary)
  • Organised with good time management 
  • Experience of working with Office and Web Technologies and Platforms
