We are now looking for an enthusiastic IT Support Officer to join our Information Systems & Technology team. On a day-to-day basis, you will be involved in providing primary IT and user support to our Faculty of Creative Technologies, including computing, special effects, and Games design. 

It is essential that you have degree-level knowledge of computing and IT, a keen interest in new technologies, and the ability to thrive in a demanding learning environment where staff and students want to push technology to the limit. Great communication and customer skills will be key to your success.
