Your Role

  • Handle local IT support activities for Zuhlke UK staff 
    • Manage the end-to-end physical and/or remote technical setup to ensure smooth onboarding for new joiners in Zuhlke UK
    • Maintain the meeting room infrastructure (AV conferencing and collaboration)
    • Maintain office workspaces
    • Purchasing
    • Manage IT equipment and inventory, including returned devices and their preparation for re-use
  • Zuhlke UK is a Mac only environment, however you will be expected to support macOS and Windows for the whole Zuhlke group
  • Provide professional and competent technical support group-wide, including troubleshooting and escalation of problems to the appropriate department
  • Manage incidents and requests in the ticketing system
  • Analyse problems and developing solutions, create user documentation
  • Support end-users in their use of applications such as Microsoft 365, VPN, VMWare Horizon, and VMWare Workspace ONE UEM

Your Talent

  • IT education or other professional training with several years of ICT experience
  • Professional experience in IT support (front/back office)
  • Experience in resolving, troubleshooting, and supporting incidents for different types of end-users, both regarding software and hardware
  • Experience in supporting macOS and Windows
  • Customer and service-oriented, independent, and reliable way of working
  • Communicative, flexible, and committed personality
  • Willingness to adopt new knowledge 
  • Willingness to travel periodically to attend trainings, workshops, other offices and social gatherings

Experience that will be considered as a plus (any of the below) 

  • iOS and Android
  • MDM (Workspace ONE/Intune)
  • VMWare Virtual Desktop environment
