Ampersand Commerce Is A Great Place To Work, says IIP

With a fast growing international client base, Ampersand Commerce approached IIP for assessment, with the goal that recognition would partner effectively with recruitment plans. The IIP assessment process began by identifying business needs and applying the IIP framework to meet them. The Investors in People Standard is the core level of good practice businesses can meet. Ampersand Commerce achieved above and beyond the goals that were set out in The Standard, and earned Silver recognition for its commitment to employee development, open communication, and internal standards for excellence. 

Following an on-site assessment and interviews with the entire agency, IIP assessor, John Spitz, said of Ampersand: 
“Ampersand Commerce should be congratulated on achieving IIP status and, in addition, the prestigious ‘Silver’ Investors in People Award by meeting additional evidence requirements from across the framework. Ampersand is growing rapidly and is an innovative and forward thinking company that demonstrated that it fully embraced new initiatives and ideas and, without doubt, was fully ‘living its values’. The Managing Director and management team were fully committed towards the development of themselves and others, thereby ensuring the right environment for the growth and professional development of its staff at all times.”

IIP hold regular assessment meetings with IIP recognised businesses and indicated that it’s probable that Ampersand will achieve Gold status within the next 18 months.
