LEVEL, a fast-growing leader in workspace strategy and solutions, is significantly expanding its presence across the UK.
Following its appointment as nationwide workspace partner to Cortus Advisory Group, LEVEL recently secured four office moves in Manchester, London, Birmingham and Leeds.
LEVEL Founder and Managing Director Joe Averill, said: “I am incredibly proud that what began in Manchester just a few years ago has already grown into a nationwide service, helping ambitious firms find the right workspace in every major UK city.
“Our work with Cortus Advisory Group on their national office transformation programme represents our growing operational capabilities.
“Upgrading Cortus' offices in Manchester, London, Leeds and Birmingham, is a brilliant milestone for both Cortus and LEVEL and reflects our commitment to delivering flexible, future-proof workspace solutions that align with each client’s unique culture and growth ambitions.”
Cortus Advisory Group is a mergers and acquisitions specialist which helps companies through the process of being bought or sold with five service lines which cover all parts of the process.
The company has moved from a serviced office in Spinningfields to the nearby ABC Buildings, St, John’s, Manchester, and has taken space in Bruntwood’s Leeds Platform building, Orega Birmingham and HubHub, Farringdon, London.
Helen Johnson, Head of Operations at Cortus, said: “LEVEL delivered for us at every step. Their understanding of our needs, consistent delivery across regions, and hands-on approach made them the ideal partner for our national office strategy.
“In Manchester in particular it was about creating a base we could truly grow into, rather than constantly jumping from office to office. This space gave us a clear sense of identity and set the tone for our three other office upgrades in key UK regions.
“It’s incredibly reassuring to know we’ve got LEVEL as our trusted UK workspace advisor, ready to support us wherever we go next.”
LEVEL’s expanding footprint is driven by its ability to combine technological capabilities and deep market knowledge with end-to-end project management.
The workspace advisory firm also has a new member joining its team on October 1.
Joe Averill, LEVEL MD, said: “Each search challenged us to combine rigorous market data with on-the-ground insight, ensuring every space reflected Cortus’ culture and growth plans. We are proud to be their trusted partner as they scale across the UK.
“LEVEL solely represents tenants, and never landlords. Our work with Cortus proves that our impartial, tenant-first approach delivers results and I’m excited to keep pushing boundaries for clients as we expand into even more locations.”
