Manchester is the first visit for Jaywing’s 2026 Marketing Roadshow, with the integrated marketing agency bringing a mix of brands and partners to the city to talk through what’s really working in marketing right now.
The event lands on 21 May, ahead of dates in London and Leeds later in the year, and will feature speakers from Yorkshire Tea, PizzaExpress, Euro Car Parts, Semrush and Shawbrook. The Manchester session is set to kick things off with a focus on practical takeaways rather than big-picture thinking.

Across the day, the emphasis is on sharing real experiences. That means getting into the detail of campaigns, what delivered results, what needed reworking, and what never made it out the door in the first place.

Yorkshire Tea will walk through its recent “Health and Safe Tea” campaign, including how it’s kept its tone of voice consistent while putting more weight behind social. It’ll also touch on how different agencies have worked together behind the scenes, along with a few ideas that didn’t quite make the final cut.
PizzaExpress is taking a slightly different angle, looking at how it’s gone beyond straightforward demand capture to find new areas of growth. The session will cover where inefficiencies were holding things back and what changed to make its performance model more scalable.
There’s also a longer-term view from Euro Car Parts, which has been working with Jaywing for over a decade. Their session focuses on search and how paid and organic have evolved into a more connected approach, with shared data playing a bigger role in driving results.
Shawbrook will share how it achieved a 200% increase in applications while bringing acquisition costs down. In a space where search can be both expensive and competitive, the session looks at how it’s managed to improve efficiency without losing sight of customer quality in financial services.
AI is part of the conversation too, but with a focus on what it actually means in practice. Semrush will be in Manchester to talk through how large language models are starting to influence the way people research and buy, and what that looks like for marketers day to day.
The roadshow is aimed at senior marketers who need to do more with the budgets they already have, while ensuring activity delivers measurable results.
There’s also some flexibility in how the day works. Alongside full-day tickets, people can register for individual sessions lasting an hour, depending on what’s most relevant to them.
After Manchester, the series heads to London on 17 June, where Google will join for an exclusive AI-focused session where they’ll reveal what actually goes into making AI work in practice, before wrapping up in Leeds on 22 September during Leeds Digital Festival 2026.
Registration is now open, with limited places available across all three dates.
