You’re invited to attend Gender in Networking – a panel discussion which looks at the role networking events play in supporting the advancement of women in the workplace.
In recent years, women-only networking events and conferences have grown in number and popularity as a resource to share ideas, voice problems and come up with solutions. These can be empowering, supportive and safe environments to openly discuss gender issues.
But, are female-only networking events cutting our male colleagues out of the conversation? How can men understand the hurdles facing women in business if they’re not in the room where those discussions are taking place? Is there a way to make everyone feel welcome to participate in the debate?
We have pulled together some top industry names to discuss this topic in a lively panel on Thursday 31 August from 6pm.
