"Collider12 will invest ￡100,000 into 10 B2Brand Startups in exchange for up to 13% equity. These companies will be coached by the Pembridge Partnership Ltd, the Brands and selected experts intensively over 13 weeks in order to deliver their ‘Execution Plan’ for ultra-high growth. From week 14 onwards the Startups will still be helped until their next ‘Significant Capital Event’, which is expected within the following 18 months. The Startups will achieve customer validation and product market fit in the fastest possible way – by working with the big brands early in their lives and throughout their product development. Collider12’s investee companys’ future will be further fund-raising, high organic growth or as an acquisition target for the brands."
