We are Aware Digital. A leading Hyvä/Magento, full service digital agency. We’re looking for a Magento 2 Developer to help us pave the way and join us on our journey to elevate eCommerce for all of our customers.
The role.
You will be joining us as a Magento 2 developer within our backend team, delivering effective solutions in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
Your day can range from project work, through to bug fixes, to collaboratively working on a solution or developing specifications as well as doing R&D to build and enhance features for the future.
You'll work closely with both the frontend team and project managers, to assign and complete work efficiently. We will give you a plan for your development, based on where you are currently in your career and where you want to go.

The essentials.
- Experience with PHP and modern frameworks.
- Understanding of Software Development Patterns and Coding Standards such as SOLID.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for what you do.
- Desire to learn and share with others.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- A passion for security.
Bonus points.
- Magento 2 experience.
- Server administration or DevOps knowledge.
- Experience with Varnish, RabbitMQ, ElasticSearch, Opensearch and Cloud.
- Contribution to open source and community projects.
The package.
- Salary will be calculated, based on experience.
- 32.5 hours with flexible start and finish times.
