Senior Software Engineer (£80k + 15% bonus)

Great opportunity for a Senior Software Engineer to join a mission-driven organisation building systems that process and verify complex open-source information. 

You'd join a small engineering department and would work in a cross functional product team responsible for building highly scalable, cloud-native, serverless systems in a collaborative DevOps environment.

The teams are responsible for all aspects of the product they work on, from ideation through to supporting systems in production, so you should be confident in practices like system design, testing, deployment, observability and monitoring.

This position would suit someone looking for a role with a high level of autonomy and the opportunity to work on complex technical challenges.

Skills:

• TypeScript (Node, React) and AWS (serverless)
• REST APIs
• NoSQL database (DocumentDB, MongoDB etc.)
• Graph database (GraphDB, Neo4j etc.)
• Search technologies such (SOLR, Opensearch, ElasticSearch etc.)

The money is good too – up to £80k plus benefits including up to 15% bonus, 6% pension, private medical cover and hybrid working with an office in Manchester city centre.
