Our Founder & Client Services Director Tom Parson was recently interviewed by the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce about the state of talent & skills from the perspective of small businesses in the region.
Tom was one of several business owners interviewed, for a report that the GMCC is compiling to ascertain the skills gap across multiple sectors for the Local Skills Improvement Plan run by the Department for Education.
During the interview Tom spoke about the challenges of hiring as a small business, the creative tactics that Huddle have needed to employ to find and retain talent, and what the future holds for hiring and team growth at Huddle.
