Informed Solutions is delighted to welcome Mr G Saravanan as our new Chief Transformation Officer for ASEAN, based in Malaysia – marking another important step in Informed’s efforts to drive sustainable digital growth and prosperity for the country and ASEAN region.
A vastly experienced digital transformation leader, Mr Saravanan has over two decades of experience driving technology-enabled change across South-East Asia and the Middle East. He has held senior leadership roles across public and private sector organisations, and has advised on national and cross-border digital initiatives throughout the region.
Most recently, Mr Saravanan served as Chief Information Officer at Thomson Hospital Group, where he led the organisation’s digital transformation agenda, designing and implementing enterprise-scale IT systems that improved operational performance, patient outcomes, and data-driven decision-making.
Mr Saravanan brings deep expertise in enterprise architecture, data strategy, and governance, alongside a strong track record of aligning people and processes to deliver lasting impact.
Beyond his executive leadership, Mr Saravanan serves on the boards of HIMSS (Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society), AeHIN (Asia eHealth Information Network), National Cancer Society of Malaysia and as the Vice Chairman of HL7 Malaysia, helping shape the region’s digital health and innovation agenda.
In his new role, Mr Saravanan will lead Informed Solutions’ transformation strategy and operations across the ASEAN region, partnering with government, regulators and enterprises to deliver trusted, high-impact digital solutions that support national priorities and regional prosperity. He will help organisations harness world-class AI, data, and digital platforms that are tested, trusted, and award-winning in complex, regulated markets worldwide, enabling progress in key areas such as healthcare, environmental stewardship, and civil resilience.
