You Know Who Digital secures three-year marketing contract with Grosvenor House Group

Bradley Tooth You Know Who Digital

Manchester-based digital agency You Know Who (YKW) Digital is celebrating its first year in business by announcing a three-year marketing contract with national building improvement specialist Grosvenor House Group (GHG).

The significant account win follows a competitive three-way tender process.

YKW Digital has been tasked with overhauling the brand strategy and digital presence for the Harrogate-headquartered group, which includes industry leaders Adaston, Synergize, and GFM.

The comprehensive marketing brief includes a full overhaul of the group’s three core websites, alongside ongoing PR, content creation, social media management and long-term brand strategy.

The objective is to ensure GHG’s marketing reflects its position as a UK powerhouse in facilities management, building refurbishment and passive fire protection.

Founded by award-winning strategist Bradley Tooth, YKW Digital has rapidly built a reputation for high-impact campaigns across food and drink, luxury goods and homes and interiors.

Tooth, who previously held senior roles at O2 and Sage, as well as five years as a director of social media and brand partnerships in the agency world, launched YKW in March 2025 to help brands scale through cutting-edge marketing.

He said: “Securing a three-year partner like Grosvenor House Group is the perfect way to mark our first anniversary.

“Throughout the tender process, it was clear that GHG has an incredible story to tell, but their digital presence didn't yet reflect the sheer scale and expertise of the business.

“Together over the next three years we are building a brand presence that reinforces their authority in the building improvement sector.

“To have a heavyweight like GHG trust YKW Digital shows that the market is increasingly looking for senior-led expertise and ROI-focused results.”

Nic Bohana, Bid and Brand Manager at Grosvenor House Group, added: “As we continue to grow our national footprint through Adaston, Synergize and GFM, we needed a marketing partner who truly understood the complexities of our verticals. We were looking for an agency that could marry creative flair and digital expertise with strategy.

“YKW Digital stood out during the tender process for their strategic clarity and their ability to translate our technical expertise into a compelling narrative for our clients.

“We have ambitious growth plans for the next three years and are confident that Brad and the YKW team are the right partners to help us amplify the vital work we do across the UK.”

The win cements a strong first year for YKW Digital, which continues to expand its portfolio of fearless start-ups and established national brands from its Manchester base.
