MaxContact, the Manchester-based customer engagement software provider, has been named one of the UK's most thriving companies to work for in the 2026 Culture 100 Awards, earning national recognition for its people-first culture.
The accolade places MaxContact among an elite group of 100 UK-based companies recognised for creating a workplace where employees can thrive and perform at their best.

The programme celebrates organisations that set the standard for what a meaningful place to work looks like, recognising companies that demonstrate an exceptional commitment to employee wellbeing, engagement and development.
For the 2026 awards, more than 5,000 companies across 22 sectors were evaluated, with insights gathered from 20,000 employees to identify the UK's top 100 thriving workplaces.
MaxContact employs around 70 people and has grown steadily as demand for its cloud-based contact centre and engagement technology has increased. The recognition reflects MaxContact’s commitment to building an organisation that views its people as a genuine competitive advantage.
