This step reinforces Ping Proxies’ commitment to building a safer, more ethical proxy network by ensuring that its services are used responsibly and that misuse is prevented at scale.
The new verification process leverages iDenfy’s combination of AI, biometrics, and human review to confirm customer identities quickly and accurately across more than 200 countries and thousands of government-issued documents. This allows Ping Proxies to uphold the highest standards of trust and security while maintaining a seamless user experience for its legitimate customers.
By introducing automated KYC, Ping Proxies is able to address misuse before it occurs, protecting its infrastructure from harmful activity while continuing to provide businesses, researchers, and developers with secure and reliable access to its network. This initiative builds on the company’s existing safeguards, such as activity-based triggers, blocklists that prevent access to sensitive domains, and its long-standing membership in the Internet Watch Foundation.
