What we do as a team can create a collective resilience that is not dependent on the leader to be effective and which multiplies the effects of our resilience as individuals.
Richard Sullivan, Senior Learning & Development Manager at Co-op Digital, will be leading this session which will give you an awareness of what teams can do to become a resilient team unit, and will share the research into team performance undertaken in domains where team resilience is critical to success.
We’ll share some of the mindset shifts and best practices that will make the team more resilient, more reliable and more able to operate effectively under conditions of uncertainty and complexity. You will be able to take away some simple tools and techniques you can easily try out in your teams and organisations.
This webinar will last for around 45 minutes with the opportunity to further discuss or ask questions around team resilience at the end of the session.
