It is the first in a series of events where experts from a range of digital businesses will share insights and knowledge, including innovating in a small team, growing an agency and creating talent led organisations.

In this session we will hear from Andy Budd, founder of one of the best design agencies in the UK, Clearleft, Hugh Garry, Digital Strategist and Media Consultant and Tony Fogget, CEO & Founder of award winning digital communications agency, Code Computerlove.

6:30- Putting everything in the bin and starting again - Tony Fogget, CEO & Founder, Code Computerlove.  Code Computerlove have a unique approach to learning within their organisation and consider themselves to be a truly talent led business. Tony tells how Code ripped up the rule book, redeveloping the way the company learns and innovates and tranformational effect this has had on their business.

7:00 - From Passive consumers to media moguls - Hugh Garry, Digital Strategist & Media Consultant.  Renowned specialist in digital storytelling and creative thinking, Hugh's recent projects include work on the creative strategy for the release, distribution and marketing of LCD Soundsystem's 'Shut Up And Play The Hits' and 15 years at the BBC consulting on creative, digital and social media initiatives for online and on air content. Hugh's session will demonstrate how the people formerly known as the audience have gone from simply consuming to shaping, financing and owning the media'.

7:45 -  7 things I learned in 7 years - Andy Budd, Founder, Clearleft.  In 2005 Andy Budd co-founded a small design agency with very little clue about what he was doing. 7 years later and Clearleft have become regarded as one of the best design agencies in the UK. In this session, Andy will talk about some of the good and bad decisions he'd made, the philosophies that guided him, and the learnings he discovered along the way.
