Navigating Government Policy Updates - Ask The Experts

This event has now ended.
10 November 2020 14:00 - 15:30

Event Summary

As we head into the second national lockdown and with the end of the year fast approaching, Manchester Digital understands that this could be a particularly challenging time for businesses.

As such, we’ve selected a panel of experts to answer any questions you may have that will help you navigate recent policy updates and forthcoming changes to the way you do business.

In addition, the UK’s transition period after Brexit comes to an end on 31st December, bringing with it significant regulatory changes and far-reaching consequences for all UK businesses.

Our experts will be on hand to answer any questions you may have about the extension of the furlough scheme, the Job Support Scheme that is set to replace it in December, or the end of the UK’s transition period and the impact it may have on your business.

Who should attend?

As this event will be a Q&A panel discussion with experts in legal, finance and trade, it is suitable for owners and employees in any sized business. As an example, the following people may find it most useful:

  • Sole traders
  • Small business owners
  • Employees (in any sized business)
  • HR professionals
