Resilience in the Workplace : The Personal Impacts of COVID-19

2020 has seen us all face change in ways that we could never have imagined. We’ve had to adapt how we work, communicate and even socialise as we all respond to the crisis. Two months in, we’re going to look at the impact that this new way of life has had on us all personality, the personal challenges that we’re all overcoming in the ‘workplace’ and how to manage our own wellbeing.
Our panel, made us of wellbeing experts from our industry, will be sharing their personal stories and approach to the crisis, how to remain motivated and connected to the rest of your team, and how to manage your own fears and wellbeing. Our experts will also be discussing the tools and techniques we can all use to help us continue to feel good in this new way of working.
Expert speakers are:
  • Emily Brinnand, Mindset Coach and Creative Producer
  • Seb Randal, Life Coach and Media Specialist
  • Liane Grimshaw, MD of SupaReal and Meditation Coach
The event will begin at 12:00 with introductions from each of our speakers, followed by a 30 - 40 minute panel discussion, before an opportunity for the audience to ask questions.
