Staying Healthy at Home: Move & Stretch Class

Staying healthy whilst we're al continuing to work from home, is incredibly important. Even though our desks may no longer be in the office, the impact of sitting for long period of time can mean our joints stiffen, and we may start to feel aches and pains in the neck, lower back and hips in particular.

In this gentle movement class, Qualified PT, Michelle Brookes, will take you through a series of movements to help lengthen muscles and loosen joints, helping to relieve some of the aches and pains from the day, and leave your body feeling more relaxed. 

The session will be 30 minutes long, make sure you in a space where you can stretch, and don't worry cameras won't be on!

About Michelle Brookes

Michelle is a qualified PT, nutrition coach and wellbeing advisor. I work mostly with a niche market, helping women with endometriosis to get in control of the condition. However, the current situation has led me to set up my business online and go back to teaching more classes. My aim was to help people who are forced to stay home to keep fit, both physically and mentally and keep prices low so that the cost would not be a barrier.
